Welcome to my website. I appreciate you taking the time to check out my office in your search for financial freedom. Bankruptcy is a stressful process that can have an impact on your health and relationships with family and friends. I have yet to meet anyone who truly wanted to file bankruptcy. That is why I pride myself on being available to you during this stressful time.
What sets my office apart from other offices is that I am the attorney who will meet with you during your first visit to my office, I am the attorney who will prepare your bankruptcy petition, I am the attorney who will go with you to the 341 meeting, and I am the attorney who will be available to you should you have any questions during this process. What can you expect from me?
ü I will meet with you! After all, you are hiring me and not another attorney or an assistant. You should always get to work with the person you selected.
ü I will do my best to return your phone calls within 24-48 hours. Emails and texts are the quickest way to get in touch with me.
ü I will meet with you if you have any questions that you are uncomfortable discussing over the phone.
ü I will answer any emails you send quickly.
What else should you know about me and my office? I run my office differently than most attorneys. I do not wear suits to work. In fact, I usually wear normal everyday clothing when meeting clients. My office where I will meet you is sparse. You should not be paying me more money just so I can have a fancy office. In fact, I work from my home office but will meet you at the office address. I pride myself on personal attention throughout this process as much as possible.
I am a graduate of North Carolina Central University's School of Law in Durham, North Carolina. While at NCCU, I received the Anne Duncan Award for Academic Achievement in the Face of Significant Obstacles. Aside from my Juris Doctorate degree, I have a Masters Degree in general psychology from East Tennessee State University and have taught psychology courses at the university and community college levels. I am currently teaching courses at Maryville College.
I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, The Tennessee Bar Association, and the Blount County Bar Association.
I am also an avid Bruce Springsteen fan and dog lover. There may be days when my dogs are even in my office helping me work.
My clients will tell you that I am very personable and hard working. My goal is to zealously represent every one of my clients. If you are considering bankruptcy, please feel free to contact me for a FREE Consultation.
